It's Sweet Week at Paper Cupcakes!
Cakes are SWEET, right? This week I used one of the tags from PPC to create this card. Under that layer is an inked Cuttlebug Emboss Folder and under that two layers of Cardstock. The layer under that is Designer Paper and I added some gems to the side! I finished off with some Tattered Angels but just a tad!
