Lots of Projects from Mark's Finest Papers Products!

Happy Weekend!  It's Saturday!  FINALLY!  Saturday means it's time for my Mark's Finest Papers & Speedy The Cat Project Posts!  Well, I have not ONE, not TWO, but...FIVE projects for you this week!  Above you will see a decorated jar.  I had a few old mason jars without tops and I didn't want to throw them away (or recycle) so I REUSED them instead!  The theme of the weekend was to work with your favorite holidays.  I pretty much love all holidays so I did a variety of projects!
Here is an altered picture frame.  I Tim Holtz/Ranger Inked the frame and in the lower right hand corner used of the of the sentiments from the winter set in white ink.  At the top I stuck a felt ribbon embellie with a metal ADORE charm in the center.  It looked a little empty in the corners so I added two flowers with brads in the centers.  For the center of the frame where the pic would normally go I used one of the large stamps from the winter set and used both Reeves Watercolor Pencils as well as Crayola Pencils on 3 layers of different cardstock and added 4 gems to the corners.
Here I did a tag.  I distressed the tag itself with Tim Holtz/Ranger Ink - Alcohol Inks - that is - I also added just a touch of Smooch Mocha, too, and then after it dried stamped MFP Stamp right on top!
Here's a card I did with the same stamp set.  I used 1 image and 2 sentiments as well as a few different layers of cardstocks, a Martha Stewart border punch, sheer ribbon, and 3-D'ed the sentiment so it wasn't completely flat.
And here I used the Cardinals in Winter set.  I took some old glossy photo paper scraps and used Alcohol Ranger Ink and played around with the blending solution and smeared it with Smooch Mocha.  I used sheer ribbon on top of glossy photo paper scraps for the background as well.  I layered gems and cardstock and sentiment stamps, too!

I hope you enjoy these!  Stay tuned next Monday for the beginning of the 12 Days of Christmas Showing!

Hi Jennifer,

Your cards are lovely. Great job! They're all lovely, but I think I like the jar and the bottom card the best.
