This week at Shelly's Images the Design Team played a little Tic Tac Toe! Here's the set-up! I decided to go with the top row...Leaves, Fall Colors, and Bling! Here's my project...
The leaves are on the ribbon across the bottom, the fall colors are thru-out, and the bling is in the upper right hand corner.
