Summer Fun

I've been having problems with blogger the last two days but here is my card for this week's DWA DT! It was 'any image' week and later today you can swing by their blog for this week's challenge! Don't forget to grab the FREEBIE! FREEBIE at the DWA shop!

Tuff Guy

This week over at the DWA! DT we were to use a masculine digi stamp because Father's Day is right around the corner, you know! Mine isn't Father's Day specific but it is fairly manly!

It's a TUFF GUY Card and I got to use some of my scraps from my stash!

Between a rock and a hard place - the hard place being a sketch

This week for the DWA! DT - I seemed to have been stuck between a rock and a hard place...the hard place being the sketch! I fully admit I had a hard time with this sketch but here is what I came up with!
I have used the Rockband Tween before but really like the digi stamp and wanted to use it again for this challenge!

I Thought It Was A Booger But It's SNOT...

This week the DWA! DT had kids week and since I don't have any kids (other than the furry 4 legged variety) I thought KID AT HEART would have to do!

We also had to use one of the new(er) Tots Digi Stamps and I know I have used this one before but I couldn't help but use it again!

DWA! Brown, Beige, and one other color!

This week the DWA! DT had to create a card with one of the new digis using Brown, Beige, and one other color...mine is a maroon type color and I used Gorilla from the new Zoo-a-tude Line THIS STAMP and just LOVE HIM!

Sketch Week at DWA!

This week at DWA! We followed a sketch which I have put just above here and just below you will see my project...it's a card based on the sketch using one of the brand new digi stamps now available at DWA!

DWA Day! Stars!

I know some of my close crafting buddies will get a chuckle out of this...this awesome HIPPIE Digi Stamp! You see - many people call me a hippie or tree hugger or whatever - some jokingly - some not-so jokingly! A few months ago I asked Cindy-Lynn if they would be able to release/sell a Hippie Digi Stamp and she made my request come true! I will certainly get a LOT of use out of this Digital Stamp!

BUT WAIT! There's MORE!!!!

I actually created 3 projects for DWA! this week! I LOVE this phrase from one of the DWA! Sentiment Digital Stamp Lines!

AND...for my next trick...I mean...project...this PROM Card made with their new Prom Digi Stamp!

DWA! Geisha

This week the DWA! DT worked with this new Geisha Digi Stamp! I think it's awesome! I LOVE Asian themed crafting supplies and projects!

I tried something new with the hair this week! I have found it difficult to color black hair thus far so I went with black hair with brown highlights for this one and went over the colors with the blender pencil.

I've had a rough week! Between falling and scraping up and pulling muscles all over my whole left side of my body and fighting with computers and internet all week and then I scheduled this post for 6am today to double check it just now and it was all screwed up!!!! So...I am rewriting and republishing this blog entry!

I used Petey this week! I just LOVE him! Because it's been a HARD winter - even more than usual - so I thought it was perfect for me to add the sentiment "Even I'm Sick Of Winter".

DWA! My Fave?

Where to begin?? With some exciting news, of course! I have been on as a Guest Designer over at Digi's With Attitude! for the past two months and I am soooooooo happy to announce I am now I full time member of the DT over at DWA! The girls are wonderful and I honestly can't get enough of their awesome images!

This week the DT was to work with their FAVE DWA! Image. For me, it was impossible to choose so I went with one that I have had my eye on for a long time! You can see above my newest project! Some may at first glance look at this digi's face and think attitude but I think attitude AND strength!

One top of that I used some of my favorite colors of prisma color colored pencils for this project to continue on with the FAVORITE theme for this week!

I've been keeping really busy this winter. Crafting has been the only thing that has helped get me thru this winter...now that I think of it...

This week at DWA! We worked with this Digi Stamp! Our theme was cleaning. I know I really have to clean my house and have been working on it last night and today and will continue into the weekend. GDT Digi's With Attitude! #17

Here is my project for this week! We had to do puffy, poofy, etc...I wasn't really sure what to do so I ended up using a cotton pom pom for the marsh mellow and layers and a flower and brad. I also used a puffy sticker.

If you can do anything puffy or poofy on your projects it Qualifies for the challenge this week.
